The FRENCH SPIRIT DEVELOPPEMENT company located on 17 Avenue Wilson, 16 000 Angoulême with a capital of 39 600 euros, registered in Angoulême’register under the number 431 443 191, is organising on the www.french-spirit.com website, a contest from October 8th to November 5th 2007, mentioning the free of charge participation.
Any person who agrees to participate to this contest, accepts the following regulations. If he/she doesn’t respect this rules, he may not be able to participate or receive his/her winning.
This contest is availabe for any major person living in France, except fot the French Spirit Developpement team or any person who has participated to the contest organization.
This drawing lots will start on October 8th and will be only reachable by Internet. The contest will be made of the following four questions :
Question 1 : Wich stone decorates the Bellon creator's set on this page?
Amethyst or Green Quartz
Question 2 : How old is the Bellon creator's family company ?
50 years or 100 years
Question 3 : What means the Casa Di Lume brand name (coming from Corsica)?
House of Light or Moon house
Question 4 : What is the name of the white gold ring studded with diamonds- created by Casa Di Lume ?
Nova or Nouvelle
Description of winnings : Two creators gold jewels: Bellon Créateur & Casa di Lume
The Bellon’s ring public’s price : 800 €
The Casa di Lume pendant’s price: 745 €
The French Spirit Developpement company is allowed to change the winnings – but always for an equivalent value. The drawing lots is schedule for December 9th 2007.
The good answers to the questions above – and the winners – will be announced in the www.french-spirit.com website on December 12th 2007
The winners will also receive an email with all the delivery details.
The organizer decline any responsability while using and/or wearing the jewel. Winners will have to prove their identity and home address. Any wrong information about identity and adress will directly cancel your participation to this contest. And French Spirit Developpement is not responsible is the winner doesn’t receive his winning because of delivery troubles.
The winning will be given to the winner only. It is not possible to exchange it.
The French Spirit Developpement company is allowed to change the contest’s regulation if needed. In that case, the internet users will be informed.

French Spirit Developpement will refund all the mailing cost, if the person shows an expense duplicata. Only one request of regulation and refund expense can be autorized, per person.
Internet gamers, have to accept and respect this regulation and cannot sue French Spirit Developpement.
This contest is submited to the N°78-17 law of January 6th 1978, dedicated to data processing, folders and feedom.
The internet users are free to give French Spirit Developpement their personal information and French Spirit Developpement is free to use them for « sales and information » communication. The internet user can change or cancel his/her information at anytime – by sending a request to French Spirit Developpement’s (adress mentioned in item 8).
All personal information received during the contest will be processed following the 6th of January 1978 law. The gamers are informed that their personal information are needed to validate their participation.
French Spirit / the organizer company, is allowed to exclude anyone (including the winners) who could disturb the contest.
Thoses regulations are submited to the French law.
In cas of disapproving, and without amicable agreement, any lawsuit will be submitted to the Angouleme court.
